Refund and Returns Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and return requests are handled for Syncly for Gohighlevel, including plugin licenses, add-ons, onboarding services, and related digital products. The goal is to keep expectations clear before and after purchase.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to direct purchases made through our site, checkout flows, or invoice-based sales for the Service. It covers software licenses, subscription plans, bundled offerings, setup services, and other digital deliverables associated with the plugin.

2. Digital Products and Licenses

Because the primary products are digital and typically available immediately after purchase, returns work differently than physical goods. Once access, downloads, license keys, or account provisioning have been delivered, the transaction is generally considered fulfilled.

  • Plugin downloads and license activations are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Subscription access may be canceled according to the terms shown at checkout or in your account.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on timing, usage, and support history.

3. Setup and Done-For-You Services

For paid setup, onboarding, or done-for-you work, refunds are usually limited once work has started, because these services involve planning, implementation, and time already spent on your account. If a service has not yet begun, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Standard Refund Window

Where a refund window is offered for a specific product or plan, it will be shown on the product page, checkout page, or invoice terms. If no special terms are shown, the default expectation is that digital software purchases are final unless required otherwise by law or an express written agreement.

5. Common Refund Reasons

We review refund requests where the issue is tied to a product defect, billing error, duplicate purchase, or a verified inability to access the purchased product after reasonable troubleshooting.

  • Duplicate charge or accidental duplicate order.
  • Technical failure that prevents use of the product and cannot be resolved.
  • Incorrect item purchased due to a checkout or billing issue.
  • Other circumstances required by applicable consumer law.

6. When Refunds Are Not Usually Granted

Refunds are generally not granted when the product was delivered as described and the request is based on change of mind, lack of use, incompatibility with a third-party service outside our control, or failure to implement the product in the customer environment.

  • Third-party API changes, platform restrictions, or host-level issues outside our control.
  • Compatibility problems caused by unsupported themes, plugins, or custom code.
  • Requests after a license or service has been actively used for a significant period.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring plan, you may cancel future billing at any time through the account or billing tools provided to you. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse charges already processed for the current billing cycle unless a refund is approved separately.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request review, contact us with your order details, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. The more specific the report, the faster we can verify whether a refund, replacement, or support fix is the right outcome.

  1. Use the contact page.
  2. Include your order ID or invoice number.
  3. Explain what happened and what you expected instead.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. If a refund is approved, we will mark it as completed on our side and notify you once the transaction has been submitted.

10. Partial Refunds

In some situations, we may offer a partial refund rather than a full one, especially if part of the service has already been delivered or work has already been performed. This is more common for bundled services and custom implementation work than for off-the-shelf plugin licenses.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a billing concern, please contact us before opening a chargeback. We can usually resolve duplicate orders, billing mistakes, or access problems more quickly when we can review the transaction directly. Filing a dispute may slow resolution while the payment processor investigates.

12. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If your jurisdiction requires a specific refund period or consumer protection rule, we will apply those requirements where they govern the transaction.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. For purchases already completed, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply unless a different written term controls.

14. Contact

If you need help with a refund or return request, please use the contact page and include your order details.
