Syncly connects LearnDash learning activity with GoHighLevel so your CRM can react to enrollment, progress, quiz performance, completions, group membership, and course access events.

The integration supports both directions: GoHighLevel tags can drive LearnDash enrollment, while LearnDash activity can update the student’s GoHighLevel contact with tags, mapped data, and workflow automation.

Getting started

Connect Syncly to your GoHighLevel location.
Enable the LearnDash integration from Syncly → Settings → Integrations.
Configure the tags, workflow, and mappings required by your learning funnel.
Edit the relevant LearnDash course, lesson, topic, or quiz to configure content-specific GoHighLevel behavior.
For course workflow enrollment, select the desired published GHL workflow in the course’s automation settings.
Test with a learner account and confirm the expected tags, workflow enrollment, and other automation changes.

Typical automation flow

A common setup starts in GoHighLevel: a sales workflow applies a course-specific tag to a contact. Syncly sees the tag and enrolls the corresponding WordPress user in LearnDash. The course can then start a separate GHL workflow for onboarding, while LearnDash events can apply additional tags or mapped data in GoHighLevel.

This creates a useful feedback loop: CRM action → course enrollment → workflow enrollment → learner activity → CRM automation.

Course, lesson, topic, quiz, and workflow events

Different learning events can trigger different CRM actions. For example, a course enrollment can enroll the learner in an onboarding workflow, a course completion can apply a certification tag, and a quiz score above a configured threshold can trigger an advanced-course offer.

Groups

LearnDash group activity can also be connected to GoHighLevel. This is useful for cohort-based training, B2B learning programs, and segmented learner communication.

Troubleshooting

Tag did not apply: Check the content-level tag configuration and Sync Logs.
Course workflow did not enroll: Confirm the course has a published workflow selected, the GHL connection is active, and the learner has an associated GHL contact.
Tag-based enrollment did not happen: Confirm the mapped tag, course, user, and GoHighLevel connection.
Quiz automation did not trigger: Verify the quiz score threshold and the configured quiz tags.
Progress is missing: Check the mapped GoHighLevel field and confirm the learner event was processed.
